Joelle Ferguson

Agency Development Manager

Joelle Ferguson joined the Ferguson Insurance Team in 1995, working for her father-in-law, Paul Ferguson, Sr., who established the Agency in 1981. She is a graduate of Charleston Southern University. As Agency Development Manager, she is responsible for the implementation of growth strategies for the agency through technology solutions, developing her team members’ skills and talents through coaching, or even through the acquisition of new locations, all with the goal of serving her clients better.

Her day-to-day duties are sometimes wide and varied, but usually involve interacting with clients and agency team members, and focused around designing the best insurance solutions to fit her clients’ needs. While she specializes in commercial insurance, there is no account, personal or commercial, too large or too small for her attention. She loves using her problem-solving skills to make sure they’re meeting and exceeding their clients’ needs!

Joelle and her husband Hardy have been married for over 30 years, and they love serving their community through the many outreach opportunities they have at their local church, Northwood Church. They are passionate about a few outreach opportunities in particular, such as Water Mission, and Married For Life. They enjoy spending as much time as possible with their son Blake, daughter-in-law Renee, and new granddaughter!
